At Showcase Mockup Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
